Complex Divorce and Property Division Cases

I concentrate my practice on divorce cases involving high net worth and high-income clients in Santa Clara County. At the most basic level, these cases present all of the same emotional and legal issues as divorces involving middle-income couples. However, in financial terms, they are very different. I have particular experience in cases involving complex property division, including businesses, significant pension, IRA, or 401k assets and other financial matters.
